1. Who can Register with MPSDC?
Any person who has completed his/her BDS/MDS/DENTAL MECHANIC/HYGIENIST/DORA can register their name with us. As per Dentist Act it is mandatory.

2. Within how many months we have to register after getting my result?
You have to register within six months from the date of the result. If, due to some un-avoidable reasons you cannot register with us then you have to produce an Affidavit stating the reason for the same which should be attested by a Notary.

3. What are all the documents i have to produce at the time of Registration?
All the documents specified in the Application form along with a photograph to be uploaded on portal.

4. Should I come personally for registration or can i depute some authorized person?
As we have implemented the online registration through M.P. Online Portal the presence of the candidate is not mandatory for those who have completed their BDS/MDS from Madhya Pradesh.
Those who have completed their BDS/MDS/DM/DH Course from other States, they have to come physically for the first time along with all original documents for verification.

5. Whether I have to renew it annually? If so, how i can renew?
Yes. You have to renew annually. You can do the same online before 31st March of the current year.

6. If I have not renewed for a certain period, is it possible to restore it?
Yes. You can restore it by paying the restoration charges.

7. How I can get the NOC?
You can apply through M.P. Online Portal for NOC by surrendering the Original MPSDC Registration Certificate. if you have renewed up-to-date.

8. How I can get the Good Standing Certificate?
You can get the Good Standing Certificate online itself by remitting the required amount.

9. If I am a Foreigner, can I get a Good Standing Certificate?
As Per DCI Act no person other than Citizen of India shall not be entitled for registration by virtue of a qualification. Hence we cannot register a Foreigner and without registration Good standing certificate cannot be issued.

10. Can I Practice anywhere in India by Registering with M.P.S.D.C.?
Yes. As per Section 46(5) of DCI Act you can practice anywhere in India by registering with Madhya Pradesh State dental Council.

11. How Can i get duplicate certificate if the original certificate lost?
By lodging complaint with concerned police authorities, the original FIR along with an affidavit attested by the notary should be uploaded online for Duplicate Registration Certificate. It will be issued on payment of prescribed charges.
