Renewal of Dentist Registration as per (Sec-39) Dentist Act 1948.

The State Government may by noticification in the Official Gazette direct that for the retention of a name in a register after the 31 st Day of December of the year following the year in which the name is first entered in the register, there shall be paid annually to the M.P. State Dental Council such renewal fee as may be prescribed in respect of each register, and where such direction has been made. Such renewal fee shall be due to be paid before the 1 st day of April of the year to which it relates.

Where a renewal fee is not paid before the due date. The registrar shall remove the name of the defaulter from the register.

The payment of Dentist Registration Renewal fee is through online/offline process. The payments made are subject to following conditions:

The M.P. State Dental Council shall not be liable for payment of fee which is deposited to wrong account due to quoting of incorrect information. No liability will be accepted by the M.P. State Dental Council if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. The council holds no responsibility of any error in banking.

The fee is non-refundable therefore, hence, not permitted to claim the refund through dispute route on banking.
